Uwe Gössel
is a freelance theater maker and dramaturge. The question of the basis on which we lead our lives is the focus of his current work with the Leipzig Museum of Natural History and his audiovisual, performative interdisciplinary exhibition “Bodenproben Berlin. The Last 18,000 Years” at the clb-Gallery, Berlin. Previously, among others, at the National Theater Reykjavik; with Rimini Protokoll; with the group shifts and at the Bauhaus Dessau. From 2006 to 2014 he directed the International Forum of the Berliner Festspiele Theatertreffen, and from 2002 – 2004 he was dramaturg at the Maxim Gorki Theater, Berlin. Since 2005 he has been a board member of the Dramaturgische Gesellschaft. Currently he teaches digital at the university in Tehran.
Daniel Wetzel
has been working together with Helgard Haug and Stefan Kaegi under the label Rimini Protokoll since 2000. Their works in the field of theater, radio play, film and installation arise in different constellations. Currently they are working on the Conference of the absent (world premiere 21.5.2021) at the Staatschauspiel Dresden and the performance installation Urban Nature (opening 01.07.2021) at the Center for Contemporary Culture Barcelona CCCB.
